With the anticipated release of Windows Phone 7 and many wonder when the new OS will launch near them, but the UK seems to be the only country that has narrowed down.  Speculation points to October 21^st after documents surfaces showing a Windows Phone 7 device between a Blackberry Torch and Samsung Europa.  The document also lists that the new OS will have over 2000 applications at launch.
