Windows Phone Exec leaves after five months

Marketing executive, Gavin Kim has left Microsoft after only five short months for mobile security company NQ Mobile to serve as Chief Product Officer.  Prior to Microsoft, Kim was VP of Content and Services at Samsung.

So what does that for Microsoft and Windows Phone when one of the executives leaves after five months?  Well it doesn’t speak highly, but it should of NQ Mobile as there are many from Samsung who have also left for the company.  Former VP of Strategy at Samsung, Omar Kahn is now the co-CEO of the company and former Samsung Public Relations head Kim Titus is now their director of communications.

It seems as if the company wouldn’t go into details, rather said that it was a self-made decision to go, and Microsoft bears him no ill will – but, isn’t the way they always say? I think so..
