It’s been in the Windows Phone Marketplace as beta, but now the official Skype 1.0 app has been released and available for download.  A limitation that the app has is that it has be at the forefront of the phone and a Skype spokesperson said it’s because it is a “combination of how Skype works and how the Windows Phone OS works.”
