Samsung has had some victories across the world and has been able to prevent a ban on some of their products, including the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, but that doesn’t mean they’re not going down without a serious fight against apple. CEO Choi Gee-sung confirmed that the company has set aside $200 million in their legal funds to fight Apple. Another anonymous Samsung executive told the Korea Times, “If we win in Paris as well, that’s truly a big blow to Apple … We are ready to aggressively sell the Tabs.”

Most recently, Samsung won a suit in the U.S., and told the paper, “The US ruling is expected to fuel more momentum for it to further strengthen the existing stance.”

Good news. The rest of the market are aiming to go thermonuclear against Apple, who have been trying to pass off other people’s ideas as their own. Ample prior art exists for pretty much everything Apple (and it’s brainwashed army of fans) claim to have ‘invented’.
