Research in Motion wants to join in on the streaming music industry and have decided to develop, “BBM Music.”  The service will be developed to integrate with Blackberry Messenger.

Rumors say that BBM Music is in their final stages and it could be launching as soon as next week.  Users will be able to access 50 songs at a time, which can be listened to on the users’ own device or shared with BBM’s 45 million users.

The service is rumored to cost less to use than other subscription-based music services.
