HTC is planning on launching a PC tablet running Android 3 in the first quarter of 2011.  HTC has song strong ties to Google and the Android OS and will use that relationship to market the new tablet.  HTC will be another manufacturer who is jumping on the iPad craze, along with RIM, Samsung, and LG.
