Nokia announced via Twitter that they would be releasing a Nokia branded Windows Phone in Q4 2011.  They didn’t confirm exactly when or what country the device would be launched in.  Nokia Australia was included in the tweak, so it’s very possible that it could be launched here, but it’s likely it won’t ship by the masses.  The tweet said:

@gorval32 We cannot confirm local availability but the 1st Nokia w/WP devices will ship in Q4 and with volumes in 2012 cc @NokiaAustralia
