Although RIM has been in a downward spiral for a while now, those who are loyal with Blackberry swear by Blackberry Messenger.  So those users will be happy to see that the company is looking for developers to make their apps integrate with BBM and announced that a few more would be coming to the platform.

Popular apps Facebook and Twitter will be getting the option to update the BBM Personal Message when you post on either app or to post to BBM contacts.  Also Blackberry specific apps like Blackberry App World and Blackberry Travel will post when you install new apps or travel status.

BBM will also see Blackberry Tag Integration ad new animated avatars.  Users will be able to scroll over the avatar and see what it wil do.
