RIM’s Blackberry App World announced that they’ve reached a new milestone with 3 billion apps downloaded.  In April 2012, they announced that the App World had reached the 2 billion mark, so that’s quite a feat in just a few months.

RIM also announced that they had over 90K apps available for download between it’s smartphones and PlayBook and that they have 28K Blackberry App World vendors.
