Apple has released a statement to its App Store developers giving them guidelines for future application downloads. Previously, Apple limited apps that deemed useless or too sexual. That won’t necessarily change. Apple will still delete any applications that are useless and anything that is too sexual that isn’t part of a book, medical, or musical undertone.
What developers will find interesting is that Apple will be eliminating restrictions regarding third party developing tools, like Adobe Flash or Oracle Java, as long as it doesn’t download code.
You can read the entire statement on Apple’s website here.
